Every lot listed on Maison Gavel is verified before publication. Our team reviews documentation, sourcing, and condition to ensure authenticity and compliance with our standards. Only approved and verified stock appears on the platform.
After winning an auction, you are required to complete the payment within 24-72 hours. Payment is made via bank, using the bank details available in the won auction details.
All auctions are supported by detailed product information, images, and documentation provided by the seller. If the goods received do not match the auction description, you should contact Maison Gavel immediately through the Contact Us section. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
Shipping is handled on Ex Works basis and is fully managed and paid by the buyer. After payment confirmation, the buyer arranges the pickup using the seller’s provided pickup location, selects a courier, and uploads the tracking details. The seller will then confirm the pickup, and the shipment will proceed to delivery.
